Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Support - ServiceNow / Nuvolo professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
  • Provide Level 2 application support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in enterprise applications, systems support, or IT operations
  • Strong understanding of business, clinical, financial, and infrastructure application workflows
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Nuvolo, asset management systems, or CMDB preferred
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment
