Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual American Sign Language Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one teaching of American Sign Language (ASL) to students in grades 9-12
• Create lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and engage students in the virtual learning environment
• Track student grades and performance while fostering positive student relationships

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States with a current ASL teaching certification
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Participation in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submission of a background check are required
