New York Licensed Associate Account Executive

Job Summary

To support a growing real estate practice, the full-time New York Licensed Associate Account Executive will manage a portfolio of Data Centers and commercial real estate, assist with marketing new and renewal accounts, and evaluate existing coverages while working in a hybrid schedule with remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial real estate accounts
• Market new and renewal accounts while gathering and deciphering underwriting data
• Review policies and quotes for accuracy and prepare professional submissions for the marketplace

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of brokerage experience
• Active Property & Casualty broker's license
• Proficient in EPIC, Excel, Word, and Salesforce
• Able to prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Capable of understanding written and oral communication along with abstracting information
