Key Responsibilities

• Manage client matters and serve as the prime contact for ongoing clients

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in tax, transactional corporate/nonprofit law, or employment law
• Licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, California, or Washington DC
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Engagement in professional practice and willingness to contribute to the nonprofit sector
• Collegiality and a good sense of humor are valued
