New York Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time New York Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct legal analysis of claims and draft substantial briefs, memos, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions, and prepare for trials
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver strategic legal advice and manage deadlines

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York; additional bar admissions are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice area
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
