Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New York State; admission in Connecticut and/or New Jersey is a plus

- Strong negotiation skills and excellent writing abilities for effective legal drafting
- Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools such as LexisNexis
