New York Licensed Associate Client Advocate

Job Summary

To support client relationships and enhance service delivery, the full-time New York Licensed Associate Client Advocate will manage client engagement activities, coordinate with internal teams, and provide strategic consulting in the commercial property and casualty insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and strengthen existing client relationships while maximizing profitability and driving retention
• Coordinate and deliver client presentations, proposals, and service plans in collaboration with internal resources
• Monitor and address clients' insurance and risk management needs, ensuring compliance with all policy requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance in a client-facing role
• Demonstrated negotiation and account management skills
• Strong understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process and coverage analysis
• Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively with team members
• Active New York insurance broker's P&C license, with ongoing continuing education requirements
