New York Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on campaign finance, privacy, and contract law matters
• Review, develop, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Oversee voter contact compliance program and ensure compliance with electoral work regulations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with 5+ years of experience, preferably in non-profit organizations
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of residence
• Litigation experience and/or experience with regulatory bodies preferred but not required
• Data privacy and intellectual property expertise is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
