A company is looking for a New York Licensed Attorney with Lawyers' Professional Liability Experience (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and legal correspondence
• Handle all aspects of discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate clearly in both oral and written formats

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in New York
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven setting
• Outstanding references
• Must be located in or near New York state
