Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support their Legal and Compliance team in managing supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide legal guidance on supplier contracts, including SaaS and IT agreements
• Negotiate agreements in collaboration with internal teams to align vendor obligations with business goals
• Develop and maintain contract playbooks and enhance contract workflows with procurement teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state; New York Bar admission preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in contract review and negotiation
• Experience with SaaS agreements and procurement-related legal matters
• Background in the insurance industry, data privacy, or AI-related legal matters is a plus
