Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex legal issues and conduct legal research
• Create and present defense strategies and prepare legal documents autonomously
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel while managing assigned cases efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in the state of New York
• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling cases in New York City courts
• 7+ years of experience with property damage claims
• 10+ years of experience with No-Fault (PIP) claims
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
