Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claim settlements
• Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in claims adjusting (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and potential property damage
• Experience in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate service
