Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Banking Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Banking Relationship Managers to meet and exceed AUM and revenue targets
• Conduct regular performance assessments and own team performance against core banking metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive seamless customer experiences and refine processes and strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or related sales roles
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing sales or banking teams
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain/reactivate)
• Strong understanding of business banking products and sales performance management
• Highly organized and data-driven, comfortable in fast-growth environments
