Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist (LMHC) to provide teletherapy services for patients with various behavioral health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly, ensuring timely documentation and treatment planning
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of practice (NY license required)
• Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
• Knowledge of medical terminology and community resources for discharge planning
