Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health teletherapy program, the full-time New York Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide comprehensive counseling for conditions such as depression and anxiety, maintaining a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles

Required qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York
• Must possess a NY Medicaid Provider Number
• Master's Degree in Social Work required
• Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
