Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Underwriting & Financial Analyst - Middle & Large Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages RFP preparation, carrier quote review, client proposal development, and carrier negotiations
• Communicates carrier-specific strengths and weaknesses to clients throughout the renewal process
• Develops fully insured renewal projections and self-funded marketing studies with guidance from senior colleagues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must hold a state life and health insurance license
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
• Knowledge of underwriting and analytics value propositions
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced data analysis skills
• Experience in managing relationships with carriers and clients
