New York Licensed Benefits Manager

Job Summary

Leading the vendor and carrier bid, procurement, and negotiation process, the full-time remote New York Licensed Benefits Manager will significantly contribute to clients' benefits strategies while managing client relationships and preparing deliverables for large market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire carrier/vendor bid process and support complex placement marketings for clients
• Collaborate with Client Service teams to communicate placement results and prepare for client meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers/vendors to enhance market position and ensure quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or insurance
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Medical, Dental & Vision programs and vendor/carrier landscape
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, human resources, or business, or relevant industry experience
