Job Summary

A company is looking for a Boarding Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and establish new case files, ensuring proper organization of documents
• Review loan documents for completeness and determine if additional documents are needed
• Input client and case information into the case management system while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in the industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in default services, preferably in foreclosure and bankruptcy
• Proficiency in CaseAware and familiarity with BKFS/Tempo is desirable
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
