• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate negotiation processes

Required qualifications

• New York Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster certification
• Experience in claims handling, particularly in litigation contexts
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Strong negotiation skills for reaching settlements
• Reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States
