Job Summary

Managing represented bodily injury claims, the fully remote New York Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate moderate to complex claims, oversee liability and bodily injury investigations, and negotiate settlements for claims primarily in NJ, NY, and PA.

Key responsibilities

• Summarizes documents and enters notes into the claims system
• Manages and resolves complex customer communications and issues
• Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with best practices

Required qualifications

• New York Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster certification
• Experience handling moderate to complex bodily injury claims
• Knowledge of medical reports and claims settlement evaluation
• Ability to negotiate settlements and determine claim values
• Familiarity with Department of Insurance complaints and investigations
