Key Responsibilities

• Develop market strategies and lead proposal review meetings
• Negotiate premiums and coverage enhancements with carriers
• Analyze renewal information and maintain communication with team members and carriers

Required Qualifications

• Valid Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• 7+ years of insurance experience in a similar role preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Technology acumen to adapt to various insurance systems
• Insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, and ARM are advantageous
