Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Building Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver building-performance projects including energy modeling, commissioning, and decarbonization models
• Analyze energy, water, and waste data; produce technical reports with actionable recommendations
• Manage junior engineers' onboarding and training while promoting innovation and new services

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred
• 7+ years of experience in energy modeling and commissioning for commercial/industrial clients
• Proficiency in HVAC systems and familiarity with BMS/BAS integration
• Experience with software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, IESVE, and eQuest
• Ability to interpret architectural/MEP drawings and analyze data
