Job Summary

To support a growing practice in the NY/NJ region, the full-time salaried New York Licensed Business Development Manager will build and manage client relationships while providing solutions in risk advisory services, finance and accounting operations, and tax business areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and market research
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and execute strategic sales plans to retain and expand business
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to leverage internal expertise and deliver optimal outcomes for clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of solutions sales experience within the professional services or management consulting industry
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting, or related fields
  • Professional sales experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services firm; CPA is a plus
  • Experience prospecting to open doors and secure meetings with potential clients
