Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated New York Licensed Business Development Officer, the full-time role focuses on hunting for and closing new business while retaining and growing key clients through consultative sales and relationship management.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieves annual revenue objectives through sales to new clients and renewal of existing policies
  • Builds a portfolio of business aligned with strategic growth and retention goals
  • Generates leads and builds an active pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling and networking
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial, banking, or insurance solutions
  • Experience with Trade Credit Insurance is a plus
  • Ability to obtain a P&C License within 60 days post start date
  • Robust network in the designated territory and strong client acquisition skills
