Job Summary

To support healthcare transformation initiatives, the remote Accuity Capture Business Process Transformation Manager will manage clinical documentation processes and implement risk adjustment strategies for an 8-month contract engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee healthcare transformation projects focused on clinical documentation and risk adjustment
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clinical, IT, and health plan functions
• Implement and optimize acuity capture workflows and methodologies

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare transformation and clinical documentation
• Intermediate proficiency in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
• Experience with Epic Anywhere or large-scale Epic implementation
• Strong knowledge of risk adjustment concepts and provider compensation models
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, IT, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
