Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center LPN - Family Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical assessments and recommend appropriate levels of care
• Process medication refill requests for over 140 APC providers
• Work efficiently in a high-volume workflow to meet quality and KPI standards

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN licensure in NY State
• Experience navigating patient charts in EMR to process medication requests
• Solid knowledge of Primary Care medications and prescribing protocols
