Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center LPN - Family Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic clinical assessments and recommend appropriate levels of care
- Process medication refill requests for over 140 APC providers
- Work efficiently in a high-volume workflow to meet quality and KPI standards
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN licensure in NY State
- Experience navigating patient charts in EMR to process medication requests
- Solid knowledge of Primary Care medications and prescribing protocols
