Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center RN - Adult Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's health status and recommend care based on clinical judgment and protocols
• Coordinate services and referrals to health programs and community services
• Provide care and services to assigned caseload in an efficient, organized manner

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in New York
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Proven track record of excellent clinical record documentation
• Technology knowledge, including proficiency with desktop/laptop computers and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of how to navigate Clear Triage
