Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center RN - Adult Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and recommend care based on clinical judgment and protocols
• Coach patients on treatment alternatives and coordinate services and referrals
• Communicate patient status information to healthcare professionals and maintain an organized caseload

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in New York
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of how to navigate Clear Triage
• Proven track record of excellent clinical record documentation
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and analytical software
