Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of claim handling including coverage, damage assessment, reserving, and timely resolution
• Coach, train, and develop staff in technical claim handling and career development
• Drive continuous improvement for processes and technology within the Claims unit

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (required)
• 10+ years' experience managing and handling complex Casualty claims
• 5+ years' experience managing a complex Casualty Claims unit at an insurance carrier
• Deep knowledge of all aspects of complex Casualty claim handling
• Proven ability in talent management including attracting and developing a high-performing team
