Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer / Medical Director / Assistant Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the clinical strategy, including process design and implementation for improving health outcomes
• Serve as a member of the Executive Team, driving clinical and data strategy
• Oversee hiring, mentorship, training, and quality assurance for clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with preferred specialization in Geriatrics, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine and 3-8 years of clinical experience
• 3-8 years of progressive clinical and operational experience
• 2-5 years in a senior leadership role in a value-based care or technology-enabled healthcare company
• Unrestricted and active Medical Licensure with potential for licensure in all 50 states
• Current Board Certification in field of expertise
