Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage civil litigation cases, handle client interactions, and represent clients in hearings and trials, requiring at least 3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through trial
• Conduct client meetings and represent clients at hearings and depositions
• Perform legal research and prepare legal documents and briefs

Required qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong academic background in law
• Proven skills in legal research and writing
• Trial experience preferred but not required
