Job Summary

Managing complex commercial construction claims, the full-time remote New York Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex construction claims while applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact extensively with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active New York Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software
