Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims
• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims management for Resolution Manager role or 5+ years for Senior Resolution Manager role
• Prior supervisory experience preferred for Claims Supervisor role
• New York claims experience is required
• Active New York adjusters license is required
• Claims background in Workers Compensation and Lost-Times is preferred
