Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims
• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team and promote best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims management for Resolution Manager role; 5+ years for Senior Resolution Manager
• Prior supervisory experience preferred for Claims Supervisor role
• Active New York adjusters license required
• Experience with Workers Compensation and Lost-Times claims
• Familiarity with statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements in claims handling
