Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time New York Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document and report claim activities in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims
• Active New York Adjusters' license or reciprocal license
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
