Job Summary

Analyzing New York Workers Compensation Lost-Time claims, the full-time salaried Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients and claimants while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims through action plans to ensure timely resolution and compliance with service expectations
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of New York Workers Compensation claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of New York jurisdiction and licensing as a New York Workers Compensation Adjuster
