Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the New York Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims, applying claims management experience to ensure effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of each claim file
• Collaborate with various parties involved in the claim process to enhance the claims management experience

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active New York Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
