Job Summary

Seeking a full-time New York Licensed Claims Adjuster, this remote position will manage the adjudication of regulated insurance claims, focusing on investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance within the Digital Commerce vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end handling of regulated insurance claims, including investigation, coverage analysis, and payment issuance
• Interpret policy language and issue compliant coverage decisions in accordance with state insurance regulations
• Handle high-exposure and escalated claims requiring licensed authority and independent judgment

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. state Adjuster License in good standing
• 2+ years of experience handling regulated insurance claims, preferably in electronics, appliances, or furniture
• Strong knowledge of digital commerce and retail supply chain operations
• Solid understanding of jurisdictional insurance regulations and fair claims handling practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate degree preferred
