Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time New York Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure and plan appropriate resolutions for claims
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting a workers' compensation desk
• Active Adjusters' license in New York or reciprocal state
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
