Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster will manage complex Auto and General Liability claims, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure, interact with various parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to corporate and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active New York Adjuster's License
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
