Key responsibilities

- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure timely communication and resolution
- Document claim activity and support the outcomes of the claim file in accordance with policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' license in New York or reciprocal
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
