Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support claim outcomes
- Investigate and resolve claims while ensuring compliance with clients' and corporate policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
- Active New York Adjusters' license
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
