Job Summary
A company is looking for a Voluntary Benefits Claims Examiner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document all claim information including phone calls and correspondence
- Read and analyze medical records to confirm benefits available to members
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with claimants and employers
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Medical Insurance Claims Processing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center/call center
- Group Life/Disability/Voluntary Claims experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- NY Adjustor License preferred
