Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to determine appropriate and timely resolutions
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred as applicable to the line of business
• Knowledge of New York jurisdiction required
• New York licensing is necessary
