Job Summary

A company is looking for a New York Labor Law Claims Examiner to manage complex claims and contribute to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex New York Labor Law general liability claims and third-party property and bodily injury
• Investigate claims, determine coverage, and draft coverage position letters
• Participate in litigation activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must maintain current and valid adjuster license(s)
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
• Strong working knowledge of insurance law(s) and construction safety regulation
• Experience working for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) company is a plus
