Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Auto No Fault / PIP Claims Examiner III - Temp.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret coverage for assigned Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims and evaluate Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims
• Oversee outside investigative service providers and maintain communication with clients and legal representatives
• Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure, reserves, and settlement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least three years of experience in Automobile and General Liability claims required
• Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
• New York State Adjuster License is required
• Computer proficiency is necessary
