Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner specializing in No Fault and PIP claims in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and adjusts moderately complex to complex PIP/Med Pay claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Investigates loss details, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves claims while maintaining productivity and confidentiality
• Documents investigation processes and provides timely updates to policyholders and involved parties

Required Qualifications

• Six years of related experience, including three years of PIP/Med Pay adjusting experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
