Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Auto & GL Claims Examiner III - Temp.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret coverage and evaluate assigned claims, including investigation of Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims
• Oversee outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and legal representatives to advance claims
• Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure, reserves, and settlement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least three years of experience in Automobile and General Liability claims
• Knowledge of claims handling concepts, including coverage issues and litigation management
• New York State Adjuster License is required; multiple licenses are preferred
• Experience in analyzing claims and making sound decisions with minimal supervision
