Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Auto & GL Claims Examiner III.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret coverage and conclude assigned claims, including investigation and evaluation of Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims
• Oversee outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and legal representatives to advance claims
• Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure for accurate reserves and settlement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least three years of experience in Automobile and General Liability claims
• Knowledge of claims handling concepts and litigation management
• Possession of a New York State or California Adjuster License
• Experience with subrogation and risk transfer processes
