Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Medical Only Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships
• Set reserves, make payments, and document file activity with various stakeholders
• Provide fair and timely claim disposition in accordance with company standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year related experience required
• Active Adjusters' Licenses in NY is required
• Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws
• Computer experience with claims and business software
